Hello Scoop here,Well I scored a carton of "BEEZ NEEZ" the other day at Liqourland for only $31.50 !!selling it out at about half price.Why I'm not sure but it certainly wasn't out of date!I first tried this brew at the "Breakfast Creek Hotel" about 6 years ago on tap & what a beautiful drop it was,apart from the usual second mortgage you had to take out to pay for it over the bar!
O.K Well the BEEZ NEEZ on tap is no different to any good beer that is tapped on draught:It was kind of that old school aged beer that followed the glass down & well the hint of honey certainly came through,I think that obviously there is no comparison of Draught beer to Bottled ?
The BEEZ NEEZ is a Matilda Bay Brewing product & Geez how many great beers come from West Oz hey !
A nice beer but I think it lacks the real BBQ,BLOKES & SHEILAS type of hot summer style of beer we all know we want? The "BEEZ" I has a bit of a malt/wheat beer taste-which is traditional. It's main body & mouth feel are of a very fruity light hops maybe say;Pride of Ringwood ? & of course the honey aftertaste. I personally think this beer is overated but try one on tap if you can & try a stubby also, Take care- SCOOP
